The Service is designed for professional use by product managers, UX researchers, and teams conducting user interviews or meetings.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To use our Service, you must:

• Have a valid Google account
• Grant necessary permissions for Google Drive and Gmail access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use our Service to:

• Process legitimate business meetings and user interviews
• Generate highlight reels for professional purposes
• Create transcripts for accessibility and documentation

You may not use our Service to:

• Process content that violates any laws or regulations
• Upload or process copyrighted material without proper authorization

• We retain all rights to our Service, technology, and software
• Our AI-generated highlights and transcripts are provided as a service output
• You may not use our technology for competing services

6. Privacy and Data Processing

• We do not permanently store your video files
• Video content is processed temporarily and then deleted
• Generated highlights are uploaded to your Google Drive
• We maintain strict data security and privacy standards

7. Service Availability and Performance

• 100% uptime or availability
• Processing times for large video files
• Perfect accuracy of AI-generated highlights or transcripts
• Compatibility with all video formats or qualities

We reserve the right to:

8. Fees and Payment
